Made in the USA,this handsome pair of terra cotta bookends features the images originally positioned at the entrance to Frank Lloyd Wright's Oak Park Studio. Designed by Wright and sculpted by Richard Bock, the "Boulder" sympolizes man overcoming oppression and freeing oneself to the possibilities of creativity. Padded on the bottom to protect furniture, the bookends are cast in reconstituted stone and mounted on a sandstone block. They weigh about 12 pounds and are approximately 5x7x5 inches in size. The bookends are a stunning addition to anyone's library or den.
