The Frank LLoyd Wright Sherman Booth Floor Clock by Bulova is adapted from a Frank LLoyd Wright floor lamp in the Sherman M. Booth house in Illinois. As it happened, Wright designed only three floor lamps, and the one in the Booth house is considered to be the best. The lamp design is adapted from a Japanese print stand used for the exhibit at the Art Institute in Chicago in 1908. The clock is made of solid alder, is about 66 x 10 inches, with a 16.4 inch stepped base, and has a decorative center shelf. The AA battery is not included, and some assembly is required.
